The KOHABCF THEOLOGY

(2nd Testament<>2nd Covenant) "that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:10,11 NKJV).

At The KOHABCF, we believe that all religions have the potential to lead to a deeper understanding of God and the universe (Romans 1: 18 - 23, NKJV). We honor and respect all paths that lead toward godliness, and strive to create a community of Disciples that are inclusive of, that have respect and consideration for, and are welcoming to all Believers in Messiah. Elohim (God) has designed within the reconnection (Reconciliation) strategy that all Religious paths in some way will lead to, and by faith and belief in the Gospel, flow into, and, through His Son, Jesus Christ: The Messiah.

“Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:11-13).

Additionally, Jesus was clear in that He came to save all sinners. “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance” (Luke 5:31-32, NIV). The Scripture has stated in abundance and in astronomical terms that the World is sin-sick. Since Adam and Eve were disobedient, all people, regardless of their affiliation with various religions or the nonreligious, are affected. All are in trespasses and sin, and dead to God. Consequently, every human being, past, present, and future, needs the Savior. All must be reborn; born again.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

(John 3:16, NKJV).

"For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him" (John 3:17, NIV). I love all of you.

Worship<>Forgiveness<>Music

Godly Worship

Worship is personal between the created and the Creator. It is inner-personal. A powerful quote from Bishop William Temple expressed worship as follows: "To worship is to quicken the conscience by the holiness of God, to feed the mind with the truth of God, to purge the imagination by the beauty of God, to open the heart to the love of God, to devote the will to the purpose of God." Though there are many other definitions and quotes that express what worshiping our God is. I do believe this one by Bishop William Temple is on point. I love all of you. SLG CombsJr.

The Power of Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a central theme in many faiths and is essential for spiritual growth and healing. It involves letting go of anger and resentment towards oneself or others. Forgiveness can be a difficult process, but it can also be liberating and bring peace to the soul. Jesus said this about forgiveness: "For if you forgive other people their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive people their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:14-15, NKJV). Therefore, forgiveness is an intricate practice within the reality of the Believers' Salvation Conversation of life.

Jesus Christ left distinct instructions concerning forgiveness for the Believer. There was an occasion where Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times? Jesus said to him, I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.” (Matthew 18:21,22, NKJV). Plainly stated, when we do the math. Jesus said we should be ready to forgive up to 490 times for each brother or sister that sins or offends us. Pause, and meditate. I love all of you. SLG CombsJr.

The Role of Music in Worship

Music has been used in religious worship for thousands of years. It can evoke powerful emotions, create a sense of community, and help connect worshippers to the Divine Creator: Elohim. Different faiths have their own styles of music and instruments, but all recognize the importance of music in spiritual growth and connection. Following is an excerpt from “The Role of Music in Worship” by Rev. Cynthia Bacon’s Essay. The essay was researched while at the Wisconsin Congregational Theological Society, May 18, 2006. “Music has a powerful effect on human experience. Students of religious phenomena have long recognized that music transcends our understanding and appeals to our intuitive nature. It is not surprising, then, that music played an important part in the worship of biblical communities, as a way of approaching the mystery of God and of expressing the joy of his presence. Music helps people who sing together remember their story, and the repeated memory of the common story binds together members of the group. Music helps people become one in identity and purpose. Music is humanly organized sound. The ‘raw-materials’ of music are all around us in nature, even in our own bodies. Sound, pitch, rhythm and pulse are built into the very fabric of the world that surrounds us…Music, then, at its most foundational level, is essentially constructed with and from the very fabric of the physical world we inhabit….At the most basic level, our perception of sound involves an interplay between the world we live in, and ourselves”. I believe this is a well-researched and written narrative communicating the relationship between people, music, and the Creator. (edit 09.08.2025) I love all of you. SLG CombsJr.
